A little bit about me

I’m Adrian Self and I’ve been happily living in Normandy since 2016. I started my career as a qualified electrician back in the UK, installing complex fire alarm systems in power stations, RAF bases, council buildings, and even Selfridges flagship Oxford Street store. I then went on to set up my own business and provide contractor services to a historic building contractor where I honed my building skills renovating a 350 year old grade II listed public inn. Since then, I’ve worked on many renovation projects from start to finish, including several of my own homes. Since living in Normandy, I’ve been working for a company installing fosse septiques and providing groundworks services as well as providing general maintenance and gardening support to many second home owners in the area.


I am SIRET registered and fully insured.
